HOW DOES THE REGISTRATION AND SEARCH PROCESS WORK?

In order to proceed with a search, we firstly ask that you register here. Once you have completed the registration form, you will be asked to provide some additional information:

• A family introduction letter (see what to include here)
• Photos of your family and the au pair’s bedroom
• The contact details of two referees

When the full registration has been received, we will invite you to have a telephone consultation call with us. During the call, we shall confirm your search criteria and discuss the role in further detail. In order to proceed, a refundable £1 payment will be taken from your card and the search will be opened.

Our team will then provide you with a shortlist of suitable applicants, giving you access to their full profiles and contact details. We shall then organise interviews and the search process continues until you are ready to make an offer to an au pair.

We help you to formalise your offer in writing and once the au pair has accepted the offer, your placement fee will be due. The au pair will then arrange his/her travel to the UK and we ask that you collect them upon arrival.
