IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR MY AU PAIR?

As standard, you will need to provide your au pair full board & weekly pay (meaning, their own private bedroom, and daily meals).

In addition to this, some families may also consider the following:

• Use of car in au pair’s spare time
• Chance to travel abroad with the family
• A mobile phone with limited personal use funded (pay as you go)
• Gym membership
• Payment of/towards First Aid qualification
• Payment of a flight home after agreed period of successful performance
• Further contribution towards travel expenses
• Further contribution towards English classes (if applicable)
