2020-1 has been a tough year for all. Covid, disruption to family life, work, travel - you name it!

From an agency perspective, it has been a case of fighting fire on two fronts, managing the COVID situation while also lobbying the UK Home Office to save the au pair program for future generations.

No need to say that when my au pairs send me a parcel full of personal cards, I had a long and hard cry as it was such an amazing gesture and really helped to give an extra oomph an motivation to keep going.

Thank you for all your support during this difficult time.
