Chloe from Smartaupairs UK attends Safer Recruitment Training Workshop
A quick note from Chloe at Smartaupairs: On Tuesday 11th December, I attended a workshop organised by Child Safe UK for employers recruiting for jobs with children. The workshop included information on the history of safeguarding, HR processes, interviewing, advertising and creating an action plan. It was a great opportunity for me to also meet with likeminded employers and to share ideas on ensuring that our recruitment processes are as safe as they can possibly be.
