Registration

Registration and consultation are free of charge. Any optional deposit is covered by the terms of your Family Search Agreement.

Placement fees

Your fixed placement fee becomes payable when your chosen candidate accepts your offer, and confirms and reserves that candidate. Because our fee reflects the search, vetting and matching work already completed at that point, placement fees are not refundable once the placement commences, except as set out in your Family Search Agreement.

Replacement first

If a placement ends early within the applicable guarantee period, our first remedy is a replacement search at no additional placement fee, on the terms and service levels set out in your Family Search Agreement. Where suitable replacement candidates cannot be introduced within the period set out in your Family Search Agreement, a credit towards a future placement may be offered, and any partial refund provisions in your Family Search Agreement apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
