Registration is FREE for au pairs, however, if you need help with the preparation of your
profile, we work
with agents in most countries. They charge you for these
services but the best profiles are always placed first and your local
agent is vital in this preparation process.
Once you are in Britain we give you all the help, support and service after your placement with the family to make sure that you have a pleasant and safe experience.
We are members of BAPAA, British Au Pair Agency Association, so you can trust us to work to the highest standards in the country. Our families are carefully selected and many of them have been with us for a long time and recommended their friends.
We are the only au pair agency where you can get a childcare qualification as au pair.

We take time to speak to you and in your language if possible. Our overseas agent contacts you for a telephone interview once your profile is complete. We can discuss what you require and get to know you better to help you find a family that is right for you.
You can upgrade to our EXTRA smart service* to get personalised assistance to improve your profile, get help with translation of references. This will increase you chances of finding a nice family quickly. *Available in selected European countries.
We specialise in bringing au pairs to Britain, we know Britain and we understand the needs of British families and European au pairs.
We support you at key moments, just before you travel to Britain and just after you arrive with your host family. At any other time, you or your family back home can contact us.There is a 24 hour helpline for au pairs, and you can expect a call within first 2 weeks to ensure all is going well.
We give you a smartaupairs welcome pack with practical gifts.
After completing the cultural exchange program, you receive a smartaupairs certificate.
We can also help au pairs already in Britain to move to a new family.
