After your online registration, we contact you for a telephone consultation. This consultation gives us a chance to better understand what you are looking for and allows you to ask questions before the search begins.

We help you to make the most of your profile, ensuring that all your priorities are reflected to allow us to introduce you to selected candidates that are appropriate for your profile. Our introduction service is about quality, not quantity.
 
Your profile is password protected and not on public display online. Only team members and relevant candidates will be given access to your details. You information is safe with us and you will not be bothered with unwanted e-mail.

Our specialist knowledge of Britain and British families allows us to focus on your requirements. Our team is a mix of experienced people, many have been au pairs and we learn from each other, our families and our au pairs.

We are often available outside office hours, because we know that a busy mum may prefer to speak to us once the children are in bed. We offer consultation between 8 and 9 in the evening and text allerts to your mobile for urgent au pair requirements.

We provide support at key moments, just before your au pair arrives in Britain and during their settling-in period. At any other time, you, your au pair and their family back home can contact us.

Our fees are fair, clear and competitive. We accept all major cards for payment.
