We activate your search with a non refundable deposit of £40. This way, we can give our undivided attention to serious families, ready to start interviewing.

Upon activation, we send you suggested interview questions and we introduce you to selected candidates; most families are able to start interviewing next day.

As soon as your preferred candidate is confirmed, the balance of your fee is due.

All placements include a 30 day replacement guarantee.

You may wish to upgrade to a longer replacement guarantee. We charge a supplement of £150 to extend your replacement guarantee to 3 months. Extended guarantees are agreed at time of au pair confirmation, before au pair arrival.

If you are interested only in candidates already in the UK to interview them personally, the 'specialist' fees apply.
