We activate your search with a non refundable deposit of £40. This way, we can give our undivided attention to serious families, ready to start interviewing.

Upon activation, we send you suggested interview questions and we introduce you to selected candidates; most families are able to start interviewing next day.

Placements include replacement guarantee of 30 days. Summer placements do not include this guarantee.  

Au pairs with good English and additional childcare experience are very popular. Some have a background in education or have been (summer) au pair before. Expect to pay more pocket money for experienced candidates. We have candidates in this category marked as ‘gold’ au pairs and our placement fee reflects their additional skills and/or experience.

All pricing is subject to VAT (above pricing shown excluding VAT).

PAYMENT

As soon as your candidate is confirmed, the placement fee is payable. It is easy to pay - we use the same card details as supplied to us at the time of deposit. We charge £10 for use of credit card, there is no charge for debit cards.

Additional administrative tasks such as written interview reports, reference reports, additional checks, documents and/or translations can be carried out on request. There will be a charge for additional administration and we will quote on an individual basis, according to your requirements - minimum £50 charge. Late fees (after first reminder) also incur £50 charge.

Placement support automatically lapses at the anniversary of the start date, unless further arrangements are agreed.

If you are interested only in candidates already in the UK to interview them personally, the 'specialist' fees apply.
