Discounts -
Most of our host families come back to us again and again, we offer each returning customer at least 10% off the next placement.

Incentive to recommend friends and family
To thank you for your personal recommendations we offer a discount of £30 for each confirmed new host family you introduce to us. You can claim this benefit the next time you use our service.

Return discounts - IMPROVED
Some of best candidates prefer to stay for shorter durations.  We appreciate that this increases the costs for families and in response we have designed a discount system relating to return customers. (*)

Au pair staying up to 2 months = 50 % discount on your next long term placement fee

NOW
Au pair staying between 2 and 6 months = 20% discount on your next long term placement fee

Au pair leaving after month 6 = 10% on your next placement fee

These reductions are also applicable should your au pair leave earlier due to unforeseen circumstances.

We always aim to support continuous au pair cover. Please call to discuss if you need a summer au pair to fill a gap between placements for example, we always do this at the lowest additional cost possible.

With our 'tell a friend' discounts you can recommend as many host families as you like and your potential is unlimited! So, next year, you can use our introduction service again and it could be totally free!

Please note, there is no cash alternative and a family can only be recommended by one person.
